These terms explain the conditions for using Wishlist. By creating a list or reserving a wish, you agree to them.

1. The service
Wishlist helps people share gift ideas and coordinate anonymous reservation intent. It is not a retailer, payment service, fundraiser, delivery service, ownership registry, identity provider, or guarantee that any gift will be purchased.
2. Capability links
Public, management, and reservation links grant different access. Keep management and reservation links private. Anyone holding a private link may exercise its permissions, and lost links cannot be recovered through an account.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for list content, product links, people who receive the URLs, purchases, contributions, and real-world arrangements. Do not enter unlawful, misleading, infringing, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information.
4. Reservations and external links
A reservation records anonymous intent only. Wishlist does not verify identity, availability, price, product quality, seller reliability, payment, delivery, or fulfilment. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or discontinue. We may restrict abusive use and apply technical limits needed for security and reliability.
